Two days ago, I started fasting until 6pm, and ate within a 4 hour window.
My eating is finished at 10pm, I got to bed around 11/12pm.
Today I woke up very very hungry, I will be drinking my cup of coffee.
My weight is 140.8 - I haven't lost much weight yet since starting this program.
I feel that I am getting used to not eating during the day however, I also feel more disciplined.
Last night I had
- fish with rice and steamed veggies.
-Cheese & crackers
-Snack: Oreo sundea - 240 cals
-a handful of Doritos
I ate too much junk and cheese I feel, but the 20 hour fast that my body endures burns this up.
I went out for a very brief walk and felt energetic enough.
I drink about 2-3 large cups of coffee a day and that keeps me energized.
